Instructions:  Please print form and complete.  Shipping costs are included.  Pennsylvania residents add 6% sales tax.  Under "Item," please write the caption of the photograph you would like to purchase; note that any photo without "Order a Print" next to the caption is not available for sale.  Posters are 18" x 24", printed in full color on heavy stock paper.  Prints comes single matted with off-white mat.  If you are interested in quantity discounts, custom matting, or framing, please e-mail request to sbutcher@yorklinks.net.  Please make check or money order payable to Butcher Consulting Group, LTD.
