Spanish Colonial Revival Period, which dated from 1915 through
1940, is exemplified by a flat or low-pitch tile roof, stuccoed
exterior, arched openings, and decorative ironwork. Though this
style is most popular in the sunbelt, there are a few nice
examples in the residential neighborhoods around York.
