A Frederick
Dempwolf design, the York Telephone & Telegraph Building
(now Verizon) was built in 1931. It was designed in the Art Deco
Style and features doorway details sculpted by Paul Manship,
better known for this work on Prometheus at Rockefeller Center
in New York City.
